Our price depends on what mortgage you require not your circumstances as we understand every situation is different, that is why we charge a flat fee which is only payable when you get your mortgage offer. Everything before you receive your offer (advice, mortgage in principle, affordability) is free of charge and we are always happy to offer some helpful tips and advice to put you in the best position.
